According to a recently published UN report, the crash in international tourism due to the coronavirus pandemic could cause a loss of more than $4 trillion to the global GDP for the years 2020 and 2021.

According to a recently published UN report, the crash in international tourism due to the coronavirus pandemic could cause a loss of more than $4 trillion to the global GDP for the years 2020 and 2021.
The National Park Service has added more than a dozen new sites across the USA into the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Program. The new listings join nearly 700 other sites, programs, and facilities in the network which honor, preserve, and promote the history of resistance to enslavement through escape and flight.
The USA has put 80% of the world on the Level Four: Do Not Travel advisory list for safety reasons, a total of 116 countries not recommended for Americans to visit now.
Historic Windsor Castle and the town around it are a great place to visit, for the Changing of the Guard, walking paths and gardens. The tour of the interior, including State Apartments, takes 2-3 hours. Windsor is about one hour from London by train, an easy day-trip.
It’s a good sign that airlines are adding new routes for spring, summer and fall 2021. It’s a sign that we are eager to get back to traveling, and that airlines are ready to serve our travel itch.
