Stores Closed on Thanksgiving

holiday shoppersIn the past, stores have been open on Thanksgiving Day, including some that opened at 6pm to give shoppers a head start on Black Friday deals and discounts.  These days, most stores are closed on Thanksgiving, but their online stores are open.

These are the national chains closed on Thanksgiving Day 2022, in alphabetical order since that’s the only fair way.

The list includes department stores, home improvement chains, even some supermarkets.  Some health & beauty chains, such as CVS and Walgreens, are open in some locations.
