Where to Get FREE Food on Halloween

Cheap is good. Free is better. Here’s where to get both on Halloween – Free first, including  BOGO deals, followed by cheap.

Most of the Halloween freebies require you to show up in costume, and apply whether you are a kid or a grown-up.  And others require you to be a member of that chain’s loyalty program.  So know before you go, so your little ghosts, goblins, witches and mummies are not disappointed.
