If you haven’t already purchased your Epic Pass for the 2024/25 ski/snowboard season, do it now, before prices go up again on Labor Day.
As with the Ikon Pass, Mountain Collective pass and individual resort passes, prices are least expensive in spring. All have price increases on various dates until \November for those who procrastinate.
Don’t wait until the last minute, when the website can be jammed and there’s a day-long wait for a live person on the 800 number. It happened to me when I waited until the last minute last spring to renew my own Ikon Pass.
In addition to announcing its next price increase, Vail Resorts has announced opening dates for several of its destinations,
So lets start with those, to get you geared up (pun intended) for buying one of the zillion different Epic Pass options for any time, weekdays only, 65+, military and dependents, etc.
